I’ve also found other reviews such as those in the Newegg link above that says it works natively with ESXi 5. You may find instructions about how to modify the package ahcj and the tools for it at the ESXi5 Community Packaging Tools project page. Could this be the problem that there are no disks detected? I already have thoughts moving to Hyper-V uhh. Unfortunaltely that didn’t help.
